Conditions of sale:

1. Damaged or defective goods are guaranteed in respect of silver content and against defects. They will be replaced if defective and if returned to us in an unused condition within 7 (seven) days of receipt.

2. Orders received will be acknowledged within 24 hours, confirming availability and the expected date of delivery. 

3. Goods ordered will be delivered to you by courier of our choice unless special arrangements have been made. 

4. Local freight and courier charges incurred from our Johannesburg warehouse to your nominated delivery address will be charged to you at cost.

5. Payment for goods supplied is due within 7 (seven) days of delivery. 

6. A VAT invoice will accompany the goods at the time of delivery.
   
   Important note regarding delivery turnaround times:
   
   We carry stocks of the items illustrated and of others as well. However, stock levels fluctuate out of our control at times; and delays may be experienced by us at the hands of our manufacturers. For this reason, where you have a deadline to meet, we would ask you in your own interests to check with us regarding availability and projected delivery dates before placing your order.
